Coming Soon

A lot of changes have been occurring in my life lately due to some health issues, and there will be many more to come in the near future. Nothing too serious, thankfully, but serious enough to completely change my life.

Like always, my writing has been an outlet for me, a form of escape when times get rough. In the midst of sorrow, writing is the light. I am happy to say that my second novel is nearly complete. It wasn't the story I thought would be my second novel, but that one has been put on the back burner for now. I will get around to finishing it one of these days. I have been working on this current story, tentatively called "I'll Love You Forever," for a little over a year now. It's been fun. And that's what I missed about writing, the fun of it -- the joy I always got from it. "I'll Love You Forever" has helped me rediscover some of that joy and get some of my passion for writing back.

I don't always write for fun, or even for myself, and it's easy to get burned out. Lately I had been feeling discouraged, wondering where my inspiration had gone. It's true what they say -- sometimes you have to force yourself to write despite being uninspired. Inspiration will find you somehow. And knowing I am so close to completing another novel is motivation for me to keep going.

I am hoping to release "I'll Love You Forever" sometime within the next year. I will need to make revisions and edit it first and all that (not so) fun stuff. I can't wait to see the final product. I can't wait for you all to see it. I have lots of stories to tell and share with the world -- I'd just forgotten that it's my job to tell them.
